Dean Brodsky began his professional career at Merrill Lynch in the firm’s prestigious Analyst Program. Mr. Brodsky later moved on to be a market maker at Knight Securities. In 2000 Mr. Brodsky left Wall Street to pursue his passion for real estate, starting with an ambitious luxury condominium development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
Since its inception, Brodmore has developed 14 projects with an aggregate value of approximately $250 million. Under Mr. Brodsky’s management Brodmore has been involved in a significant number of highly profitable projects while gaining a reputation for developing elegant solutions to complex commercial and technical challenges. As testimony to Mr. Brodsky’s management expertise, the company has not been the subject of any lawsuits in over ten years of operations.
Today Mr. Brodsky continues to focus on developing high end projects in Brooklyn’s ever evolving real estate landscape.
Mr. Brodsky is a graduate of NYU’s Polytechnic School of Engineering where he received a Bsc. Electrical Engineering degree.
